Q: Hello, I need to my recent order 80226112228299. Either the reading portion of the prescription isn't right, or the PD, and I can't tell which, but I can't use them at all except for distance. The black pair appear to have blank spots in the prescription. When I am wearing them it almost seems like I have small raindrops on my lenses, but it's just tiny specks where it seems there is no vision correction. I have always had great experience with buying Wherelight (as you can see by my order history) and I have never had to return a pair, bit both of these are wrong. I am unable to find the "Check" button in my order to start a return. Can you please advise how I can get a mailing label to return these glasses? Also, I recieved these glasses around 30 days ago, so I know I am near the 30 day limit on a full return. I would appreciate your courtesy to refund so I can order replacement pairs. Q: Referring to order number 80326171624492. The prescription in the “Nero” frame seems to be off. Same prescription was put into the “Tough” frame and those are fine. My son says they are making his eyes strain so much it burns. Up close is had to focus and the only spot that seems to be focus is if he look straight against at a distance and in a single spot in the middle of the lens. Again the same prescription was put into the “Tough” frames and made into a sunglasses which he has no issues at all with. Just the “Nero” ones are off. Can we get them fixed or a replacement pair?
